"We all agreed that your B&B was not the run of the mill establishment - your warm welcome and informal family atmosphere was delightful to see, and of course Gracie is the perfect ice-breaker. Who hasn't experienced those horrible stuffy, silent breakfast rooms at some time .... no thanks.
